PUBLIC COMPLEX STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT

This Compact Disc (CD) contains guidance materials to assist Public Complexes in complying with the Public Complex Stormwater General Permit. The CD includes a Guidance Document, the Public Complex Stormwater General Permit, education materials, example regulatory mechanisms, forms, and other materials needed to develop and implement a stormwater program.

Each regulated entity has been assigned a NJDEP case manager to provide additional outreach and assistance. The case manager for all Public Complexes is Matt Klewin, who can be reached via email or called directly at (609) 633-7021.

The Department may periodically update guidance or other materials. Any updates will be located on the Department’s Web site at http://www.state.nj.us/dep/dwq/municstw.html or http://www.njstormwater.org .
