HIGHWAY AGENCY STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT

This Compact Disc (CD) contains guidance materials to assist Highway Agencies in complying with the Highway Agency Stormwater General Permit. The CD includes a Guidance Document, the Highway Agency Stormwater General Permit, education materials, example regulatory mechanisms, forms, and other materials needed to develop and implement a stormwater program.

Each regulated entity has been assigned a NJDEP case manager to provide additional outreach and assistance. The case manager for all Highway Agencies is Matt Klewin, who can be reached via email or called directly at (609) 633-7021.
